Sunstream’s seminar on Data Management and Supply Chain driven Electronic Design receives overwhelming response:

Sunstream &EMA’s first live offline seminar post covid on “data management driven OrCAD/Allegro Design environment” on 4 Nov 2022 in Bangalore received overwhelming response with several companies attending the informative session.

Sunstream Global Technologies, the leading EDA distributor in India completed a live offline seminar on data management driven OrCAD/Allegro Design environment on 4 Nov 2022 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Bangalore in partnership with EMA Design Automation, Rochester, New York. The participants were welcomed by Unni Mecheeri, Director Sunstream Global Technologies by giving a short welcome note. This was followed by the first technical session by Gopu Achath, VP of Technology with EMA Design Automation. This session covered Data management driven OrCAD/Allegro environment. Participants learned the global standard of PCB data management architecture.

This session was followed by a technical demo of important tools by Srinidhi Bhat which exposed the participants with major tools from Cadence-EMA basket.

The last session was on Supply chain driven data management by Gopu Achath which covered solution for the major challenge faced by companies today.

Supply chain delays, part shortages and compliance issues are also common challenge these days. Supply chain best practices followed by successful design teams were introduced by Gopu Achath., Best-in-class companies are using these techniques to prevent supply chain issues for their R&D groups as well as production environments by accessing real-time supply chain data from internal ERP/PLM systems external industry-standard sources.

All the participants were given coupon codes for several productivity enhancing apps and software from EMA’s basket of products and goodies. The event was concluded by a sumptuous lunch from Radisson group.
